Mike is a seasoned accounting, finance and investment professional with extensive management consulting and financial advisory experience. As the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner, he established Common Interest Advisors in April 2021, following more than 30 years of service within the common interest realty associations and not-for-profit organizations.

Throughout his career, Mike led a team of professionals in delivering tailored solutions to address complex financial challenges and optimize organizational performance.

In 1989, Mike identified serious funding issues with a a multi-billion dollar reserve fund shortly after its establishment. He spearheaded a redesign, increasing the annual reserve contribution from $66 million to $137 million and transitioning it to external funding, ensuring its long-term sustainability.

Additionally, Mike served as the director of the Corporate Modeling and Corporate Planning departments for a $20 billion publicly traded company for over eight years. His leadership was instrumental in enhancing the company’s Corporate Modeling operations, recognized as among the industry’s best following a management audit.
